Lilly Baxter is Ben Baxter's 14-year old daughter that 1st appeared in the episode "Pop Starettez". She is voiced by Madeline Carroll. Like Vanessa she is very unlike her father, but unlike her she is more sweeter and keeps some of the stuff she knows personal.
