Castor Pollux was created when the Encryptids used a legendary golden clone cube to copy the Red Ranger's game data file and create their own Ranger. A pale imitation of the real Red Ranger, the new Orange Ranger not only had his powers, but a copy of his Eagle DataZord, the Osprey DataZord as well. However, the Orange Ranger soon proved that he also had a copy of Red Rangers' heroic nature and turned on his masters.
