Thaddeus' henchman, who resemble Baljeet and Buford and are considered their rivals. They are usually assigned to sabotage Phineas and Ferb's projects, but are always outwitted, which makes them the center for Thaddeus' temper. Vijay, like Baljeet, is of Indian origin, and is very intelligent, but also very cowardly, but unlike Baljeet he trys to hide his cowardice to impress Thaddeus and his comrads, unsuccesfully of course. Ben, like Buford, is very brawny, but is very reckless, and is easily duped. Vijay is considered the brains while Ben is the brawn of the pair. He is also an evil counter part of Phineas and Ferb's ninja friend.
