Stardust Stratos is an anime that was written, directed, and created by Akira Jotaro who also created the anime Armored Arena, Take Flight! Stargazer!, and Mobile Suit Gundam Advent. The story is set in modern Japan where a secret tournament takes place every year in a dimension known as the Mirror Field. The story is about a girl who just transferred to Hoshizo High School and is accidently sucked into the Mirror Field when she was following a classmate she thought was suspicious and is always forced into it whenever her classmate enters a battle.
