A road trip in the Mystery Van brings the meddling kids and their constantly hungry dog to a camp site just outside of Gotham City. Here, a clash with Penguin and the Joker alerts Batman and Robin, who set up a futuristic computer outpost in a cave attempting to save the campground from the evil duo and catch a counterfeiter.
