The Supreme Tribunal of the People's Justice was the highest court of law in the People's Republic of Haven. Justice Theresa Mahoney, writing for the court, held that Honor Harrington's conviction for the First Battle of Basilisk predated the war with the Manticoran Alliance and she could be executed without violating the Deneb Accords. (HH8) After the fall of the Committee of Public Safety and the restoration of the original constitution, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Haven once again became Haven's senior court. (HH10)
