Martino della Passaglia is one of the few Kindred able to assert himself within the Middle Kingdom. He lives in eastern Beijing and controls the Black Market of the city. He specialice in the smuggle of western goods into China and the other way round and is one of the few contact points for western vampires in the lands of the hostile Kuei-jin. He maintains his haven around the Peace Hotel.
