The Puffle Hotel Sitting Room was a party room in Club Penguin. It was open during the Halloween Party 2014 so that you could obtain a gear for Skip's machine. The puzzle in this room consisted of putting out candles, all of which must have been put out by throwing snowballs at them. After putting out 13 candles, the fireplace would liftup to form a "podium" where the gear would lay.
