The hell hound is the third-tier creature of the Inferno faction in Heroes of Might and Magic III. They can be purchased at the Kennels. With decent speed and good attack, the hell hound is useful as an aggressive attacker. It has few hit points and low defense, so it won't last long against strong creatures. It should never fight alone against real threats. The hell hound can be upgraded to the cerberus.
