Inspector Anderson was helping Inspector Rodriguez investigate Andy Trudeau, who was suspended while under investigation due to many of his cases being connected to the Charmed Ones, thus remained unsolved. He was killed by Rodriguez with a Sonic Scream after the latter revealed to him that he himself was a demon in order to frame Andy.
