George Watson was a fifty-year old bachelor and member of the UMWA. He was very boastful and was disliked by Frank Jackson. Watson owned an large and expensive Outlaw 33 speedboat, which he had bought after winning the West Virginia state lottery. In 1633, the boat was impressed by Michael Stearns and Frank Jackson into the USE Navy, and was eventually used for breaking the League of Ostend's blockade at the Battle of Wismar. Watson, unhappy with the loss of his Outlaw, threatened to sue if anything happened to it, and was given a promise that he would be compensated. The Outlaw was unfortunately destroyed after being shot by Danish cannonballs and colliding with the warship Christiania.
