Neil Thompson served as a producer and then supervising producer for a total of 21 episodes of Night Court in Seasons 6 and 7, beginning with the episode titled "Danny Got His Gun: Part 2". He also wrote six episodes for the series in Seasons 6 and 7. Neil has also, in addition to his work on Night Court, written and/or produced episodes for such TV series as Happy Days, Malcolm in the Middle, Mr. Belvedere, The Love Boat, God, the Devil, and Bob, Stand By Your Man, The Boys are Back, and Faculty.
