Nilwen is a Bosmer who can be found in the Rift just northeast of Ivarstead. She lives alone in her small shack in the middle of the woods. She talks of "great" and "dangerous" beasts in the area when in fact, she is a criminial using her ruse to trick travelers into killing themselves and looting them.
