Explosive Flame is one of Palutena's Neutral Special Moves that can be used via customization. Palutena waves her staff, and a giant fireball will appear at a set distance in front of her. It is similar to Zelda's Din's Fire, but can't be controlled and it explodes instantly. It can also be used in mid-air.
