The point of my RfB was to get the wiki a new 'crat. It's obvious the wiki would not like myself to represent this, and me being the representative was not my point. I feel we need a new one. Karlis is a very calm and casual editor. I feel he can fill the responsibilities of 'crat to the standards we set, and most importantly to myself, I trust him.
