Laboian mineral crystals were natural formations of crystal found on the planet Laboi II. During the planet's scorching daylight hours, the minerals melted into pools of molten rock. However, at night, they solidified into elaborate mineral crystals. The Laboi, the planet's native species, tended pools of liquid mineral with stir-sticks or telekinesis in order to form them into crystal gardens.
