Saint Justus III (birth name: Matthias Thomas Josephus Lemann) was the Arch-Patriarch of the Selucian Patriarchal Church, originating from Hulstria and Gao-Soto. Before his election to the Arch-Patriarchate by the Conclave in 3446, he was a Selucian Patriarchal Cardinal, the Archbishop of Phönix, the Scriba of the Convocation for the Doctrine of the Faith. He was a member of the Order of Justine Friars. He was especially notable for the young age at which he succeeded the late Cardinal Medgar Haas to the see of Phönix and his appointment as Scriba of the Convocation for the Doctrine by Sulla I.
