Meklet is a character in Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book and Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey. The word "meklet" means something like "to look for something". He has a childlike kind of speech. He is one of the two artificial lifeforms that Luard's soul was sealed into by Plachta, the other being Atomina. They both have endless life and dreams of returning to their true self, Luard. Because of his artificial body, he originally can't use alchemy. In the Atelier Sophie DLC story, Sophie helps the two to gain the ability to perform simple alchemy.
