D. Hulett was a Human Starfleet officer in the 23rd century. In the 2290s decade, Captain Hulett was assigned to command of the Federation starship USS Scovill. In the year 2293, Scovill was proposed to join Operation Retrieve from a start point in sector 21837, under Hulett's command. (TOS movie: The Undiscovered Country) The Operation Retrieve info was a series of charts created as set dressing by the production artists and decorators, and as such was not all distinctly visible on screen.
