Howard Rimmer was one of the older brothers of Arnold Rimmer, and is described by him as being a high flying officer in the Space Corps. Howard is portrayed by a child actor in the Series III episode "Polymorph". Howard appears as an adult hard-light hologram in the Series X opener "Trojan", portrayed by Mark Dexter.
