Lesbian World: Ecstasy (レスビアンの世界 －恍惚－ Lesbian no sekai: Kōkotsu) is a Roman Porno film directed by Masaru Konuma and starring Mihoko Arikawa. It is the first film in the Lesbian trilogy, each film of which was helmed by a different one of Nikkatsu's top directors.
