Dosuun is a world on the Outer Rim, and was outside the control of the New Republic following the Battle of Endor. From space, the planet can be seen to possess varied terrain and several seas. It also has at least one area of hilly temperate grassland. Before the Clone Wars, Asyrions invaded the world and conquered it and its human civilization. The human occupants were wiped out, and the Asyrions claimed the world as their own. It remains so to this day.
