Albert Bynes was a citizen of the Isle of Kinnimoore. He is notable as having served as the Manging Director of the Kinnimoore Broom Company from 1933 until 1986. He was renown throughout the Wizarding World for his business acumen, and when he retired in 1986, left a large gap for his predecessor, Deirdre Finn, to fill.
