It is historically accurate, as most battles of the 17th century were fought by mercenary armies, opposed to feudal levies of medieval times depicted in Warband. These early modern soldiers can be divided in four groups: 1. * Tavern Mercenaries (as in Warband). 2. * Mercenary Camp soldiers: customized by Player. 3. * National Mercenaries: specific for every Nation. 4. * Regional Mercenaries: specific for certain Towns and Fortresses.
