Telius was a powerful Ranger who passed away long ago and now lingers in Seeker's Passage. Telius is a Profession Changer, one of those who offers quests that allow players to change their secondary profession. She gives the quest that allows a player to become a secondary Ranger, but she can change your secondary to any profession for which you completed the Path quest.
