Patlabor: The TV Series(機動警察パトレイバー(OVA第2期)) is a television series based on the Patlabor anime franchise. The LD compilation of the TV series came in two flavors. S-series which contained four episodes of TV episodes, and P-series which in addition to four TV episodes, contained new OAV episodes. Odd numbered episodes were the conclusion to Schaft conflict and even numbered ones were more or less left up to the discretion of the episode directors. In many instances, the OAV episode reflected what went on in the TV episodes (vol 9 contains TV episode where Noa and Kanuka overcome their difference by drinking silly. the OAV is drinking match between Kumagami and Kanuka)
