Leinwood is the dark wood taken from the trees of the magically protected Forest of Lein, near the lands of Ide, to the south-east of Rassin Abbey. Leinwood is often used in the construction of elaborate caskets and chests that are all but impervious to opening. These ornately carved receptacles can only be opened with the correct key that fits their silver lock.
