Richard F. "Dick" Hill (born October 10, 1934) is a former American football lineman. He played professional football for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League. He also played college football for the University of Michigan from 1954 to 1956 and was selected as the most valuable player on the 1956 Michigan Wolverines football team.
