The Slasher was a fictional character brought to life by the Demon of Illusion from the movie, Ax Husband, where he was the serial murderer who killed young women. He tracked the sisters to the Halliwell Manor and attacked them several times, though Billy Appleby held him off until Phoebe Halliwell realized the only way to kill the fictional characters was to kill them the way they died in the movies. Phoebe remembered the slasher was killed through electrocution, so Prue Halliwell flung a heater in his hands and Phoebe threw a bucket of water over him, thus electrocuting him.
