Planet Yaton was the planet on which a Namekian known as Puranku had lived, but unfortunately, Lord Frieza destroyed the planet and made it his 175th playground. There is no information on if there were only Namekians there. Possibilities suggest that Puranku started living there instead of Planet Namek because Namekians originated from Namek. Puranku couldn't answer the question because he'd already been killed by Bazooka's explosion.
