Pharmaceuticals are a for the Springfield Heights Expansion. They are earned at John's Pharmaceuticals. They can also be earned at the Insanity Cauldron by playing Insanity Mode every 8 hours. Pharmaceuticals are used to buy decorations and buildings at the store to place in Springfield Heights. They are also used to upgrade buildings and to collect other currencies, i.e. Hollywood Awards.
