TryClubPenguin.com was a web domain owned by Club Penguin, that redirected to a site with an offer for thirty days of a trial membership, which included coins and furniture items. It was launched on May 27, 2014, and ended on July 6, 2014, although it was later extended to August 10, 2014, for United States residents only, due to popular demand. Included on the site was an infomercial, the benefits of being a member, and more about the game. The infomercial was also released on television. The website was closed a few weeks after the offer ended.
