Refner Gyron the Sly was an Orion man and a president of the Botchok Planetary Congress of Rigel VIII (Botchok) and the Orion Colonies during the late 23rd century. He became president on reference stardate 2/1606 (c. the late 2270s decade), and commenced a new policy of aggressive quid pro quo neutrality for the Orion Colonies towards their neighboring powers of United Federation of Planets, the Klingon Empire, and the Romulan Empire.
