Taj McWilliams-Franklin (born October 20, 1970) is an American basketball player. In the United States, she plays the power forward position in the WNBA, playing for the Minnesota Lynx. Born Taj McWilliams, she married Reggie Franklin in 2003 and her name became Taj McWilliams-Franklin. A two-time WNBA champion and six-time all-star, McWilliams-Franklin's professional career has spanned three decades, and began before the WNBA was founded. Currently the WNBA's oldest player, McWilliams-Franklin has earned the nickname "Mama Taj" from teammates.
