Drakna Valentis is the brother of Baron Illios Valentis, the previous ruler of Port Blacksand, and was the first head of the Blacksand City Militia, remaining in his post for 33 years (219-252 AC). He was poisoned in 252AC on the orders of the pirate usurper Varek Azzur.
