The S870FM features a mahogany body with a flamed maple top bolted to a maple Wizard III neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Components include Ibanez Quantum pickups with two humbuckers flanking a single-coil and an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut. The S870FM was discontinued after 2015.
