After a run-in with Terence, Steph lashes out at Adam. She claims that Adam’s responsible for dragging up the abuse she had fought to keep hidden. Adam is angry and tells her that he is sick of her mood swings. Stunned, Steph suspects that Adam is doubting her story and orders him out. Elsewhere, Simon admits to Lesley that Nicola’s materialism is getting to him and he wishes they just had a relationship based on love, rather than money. Lesley urges him to face his problems and not give up on his wife-to- be. Meanwhile Owen tells Len and Pearl that he is desperate to know more about his dad and would like to visit his grave. Pearl is stunned that Owen thinks his father is dead.
