Wheezy is a squeak toy penguin character who 1st appeared in Toy Story 2, where he was 1st and originally voiced by the late great and talented, Joe Ranft. He in the movie. He also made a silent cameo appearance in a flashback video clip in Toy Story 3. He is to return along with Bo Peep in Toy Story 4 and Toy Story the Series, where he is to be now voiced by Joe's brother, Jerome Ranft as well. His 1st and original talented karaoke singing voice was performed by the late and real Robert Goulet in Toy Story 2. His new 1 will be performed by Kevin Michael Richardson
