Clemens Rott(クレメンス・ロットKuremensu Rotto) is an Austrian veteran Flame Haze and the partner of Cecilia Rodrigo after the Great War. His title is "Piercer of Hidden Arms"(戈伏の衝き手Kafuku no Tsukite). He only appears in Verger, a side story which occurs years before the main story's beginning.
