The Nara Clan was a family of ninja that joined Konohagakure shortly after the village's creation, making it one of the oldest members that still retains membership. Its members hold the secret to the use of shadow manipulation techniques and play a part in the famous Ino-Shika-Cho team. The Nara clan has a large patch of forest restricted to outsiders, granted by the First Hokage, that was used for tending deer. They also maintain a vast library of medical ailments, ranging from common colds to the rarest illnesses, and methods to cure them.
