The National Movement for Civic Democracy was founded from the ashes of the Spenocratic Party. Spencer Turner teamed up with Václav Saakashvili, devising plans to create the NMCD. They took on a more militarist stance becuase of the actions of 2600 with the Libertarian Party. The Party has teamed up with the Federalist Traditional Conservative Party and the Paleo-conservative Reform Party. These three formed the Conservative International Initiative.
