Citadel (TE-7399-10) was a small planetoid that orbited Turul in the Manticore system. Originally home to a mining operation that was abandoned during the Great Galactic War, Citadel was claimed thousands of years later by the Galactic Liberation League and converted into a fortress-world to serve as the organization's headquarters.
