Red Cell was a group composed of college students who were attending Waverly University. The group kept to itself and often played illegal games on campus including paintball games but despite their efforts to stay secretive, the NCIS Major Case Response Team later discovered the group during their investigation into the death of Sergeant Joseph Turner and Petty Officer Finnegan Blake, two of whom happened to be members of the group.
