"Wish Song" is a Sesame Street song originating in episode 3653. The song is sung by Wolfgang the Seal's Fairy Godperson, who uses the brief tune to grant Wolfgang's wish of unlimited fish. He laters sing the song again to reverse the spell (and turn Telly from a fish back into a monster). The Fairy Godperson would later use the song again in episode 3687 and episode 4080.
