Kennedy uses in a few cutscenes during the Spanish Outbreak in 2004 Game Play: Leon uses these three times; once in the cutscene with Salazar and Ashley, in an optional cutscene before fighting Del Lago, and once in the village of El Pueblo. The binoculars are kept on Leon's utility belt.
