Cecil's Tasks were daily tasks unlocked during the Terwilligers 2015 Event. They were not the kind of tasks that need to be completed each day for some extra prize on the last day of Event. These were only "Bonus" tasks to earn extra needed materials during the event. You didn't have to finish them everyday. Each task was given with both a random character type and a random length.
