The Bedford Barons were two separate Hockey Canada sanctioned junior B hockey teams. The first played in the Mainland Junior B Hockey League (now known as the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League. The team was added to the league for the 1980-81 season. The second played in the Nova Scotia Junior B Hockey League now known as the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League. This team was added to the league for the 1994-95 season The teams were based out of Bedford, Nova Scotia (now part of the Halifax Regional Municipality).
