Central Security was a law enforcement agency on the planet Malcor III in 2367. That year, after William T. Riker had been revealed as an alien at the Sikla Medical Facility, Doctor Nilrem thought the Central Security should be contacted. The director of the medical facility, Doctor Berel, refused to call them before he checked out Riker's story. Later, when Riker attempted to escape and was injured by the hospital staff, Dr. Berel ordered a nurse to call Central Security. (TNG: "First Contact" )
