Ide Yusuke was a courtier of the Unicorn Clan and was considered likely to replace Ide Tang as the Ide Daimyo. After the Celestial Tournament, Yusuke was on his way to talk to the son of a samurai who's life he had saved many years ago. Instead, he found Susumu. They spoke for a few minutes, and Susumu confirmed to him the suspicions Yusuke had about the Spider Clan, but before he could raise an alarm, he was murdered by Susumu. The new Imperial Advisor stated that he simply wanted to be able to tell some secrets to somebody, remove somebody who had enough suspicions about the Spider Clan to be dangerous, and to be able to kill one more time before taking up his Imperial Duties.
