Bloet was the essence of all beings living in the Matoran Universe who possessed organic tissue. It was able to fix wounds in the organic parts of the being, and it kept the Main circuitry working. Additionally, it functioned as a sort of oil keeping the joints flexible and prevented them from stiff over a period of a few years of not moving.
